SHIPPING TERMS: Standard USPS or FedEx shipping rates apply to lower 48

OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES. Please contact us for rates.
Orders are normally shipped within one business day, after payment is
received. (WE CANNOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We use United States Postal Services (Priority Mail) and
FedEx (ground), we will select the best shipping method for your parcel.
Overnight or second day shipping can be selected at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use United States Postal Services , we will select
the best shipping method for your parcel. Please contact us for rates.
IMPORTANT: We cannot be held liable for any customs duties or taxes your
country may add to the order.
TRANSIT TIME: Between 6-10 days. Times may vary due to customs, clearance and
your local postal service.
Return Policy: We gladly accept returns on all items that are unused and in
original packaging.
The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to obtain RMA
number.
The buyer must pay return shipping; unless the item was sent incorrectly or if
there is an error in the listing.
Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund; less our original
shipping cost to you (this applies to ALL orders, including those with free
shipping) and a 15% restocking fee will also be charged.
We will not accept any returns that are over the 14-day period, except items
being returned for a manufacturer's warranty exchange. (Please note: Warranty
claims also require an RMA number to be processed)

Warranty: All Window Regulators carry a limited 1 year manufacturers warranty
against factory defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and
does not cover labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.
All Struts sold carry a life time manufactures warranty against defect factory
defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover
and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.
Warranty Claims: Please email or call us with your warranty claim including:
your reason for return, full name, the store item number, date of purchase or
PayPal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.
Items in stock: All items listed in our the store store are in stock, very
occasionally there may be an error, either human or otherwise, with
availability. We will inform you if this happens via email.
