SILVER PRODUCT CONDITION TERMS:
Since we sell estate and individual pieces that are being used to replace or
build your set, please indicate if you want the item (items) machine polished.
When we offer already polished goods we will so indicate in our description.
ESTATE - USED products purchased from individual estates or sellers - as such
may have lite scratches and handling marks
MINT - As you would expect buying a product directly from a manufacturer and
MOSTLY in original plastic manufacturer sleeves
SUPERB - Used product with its original finish with minimal or no use. Not
altered or refinished. Flatware in this condition would only show stacking or
lite handling marks
EXCELLENT - Used product showing MINIMAL TO AVERAGE USE but with no abuse or
alteration. May be refinished to remove obvious detractions and would be so
noted - NOT MINT
VERY GOOD - Used product with obvious use - with detractions as noted
KNIVES - Unless stated otherwise, we select only those knives that have no
dents or deep scratches on the handles and with stainless blades that are not
pitted or badly scratched.

your purchases AND WHEN YOU HAVE MADE YOUR FINAL PURCHASE.
YOU CANNOT PAY FOR COMBINED SHIPPING ITEMS UNTIL WE BILL YOU ACCORDINGLY. If
you DO NOT wait for an invoice from us, the the store systems WILL NOT discount
the shipping ONLY WE CAN. We didn't create the problem we are just living
around it.
BEST OFFERS:
We are usually the LOWEST PRICED on most items but when we will consider a
BEST OFFER, please keep in mind that we have the store and Pay Pal costs that
WE must pay. In addition, packaging costs and labor - HANDLING COSTS - are NOT
charged by us. So....we appreciate honest and fair offers, if we can't make a
deal maybe the other guy can.
SHIPPING TIME TABLE-
We will do our very best to ship your purchase AS SOON AS POSSIBLE from the
payment date. However, due to the nature of our business, we are on the road
looking for your next treasure to list on the store, we can take as long as 3
working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to get your product and
paperwork prepared and shipped. Usually shipping is within 24 hrs of payment,
unless special requests need to be met.
SHIPPING POLICY -
Large items will be shipped via UPS unless other arrangements are made prior
to the end of the sale. Small jewelry and non fragile individual flatware items
will be shipped USPS 1st Class to save YOU postage charges.
FOREIGN BUYERS -
PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF SALE.
Overseas shipping is costly and we are required by the store & Pay Pal to
provide tracking information - so please check on shipping costsBEFORE bidding.
We will NOT ship without insurance coverage nor change the declaration amounts.
DO NOT ask us to deviate from this policy. Keep in mind that with overseas
tracking, where available, a $10.00 1st Class cost , for example, can cost 5 to
7 times that amount.
Excluded countries are: Albania, Latvia, Mexico, Romania and Ukraine.
