From a recent estate sale is a pair of black kid leather gloves. These came in
a plastic sleeve shown in the last photo - Catello D'Auria is a well known
clothing store in Rome, Italy and I am assuming the gloves are from there. To
me the gloves appear as if they were never worn. They measure about 13" long
from the tip of the middle finger to the bottom. The bottom is a little over 4"
across. There is a 6 1/4 stamped on the inside of one glove. There is a cut out
design on the gloves that is outlined with stitching and a vine and flower that
are embroidered. The gloves seem to me to be small - too small for my hands. As
mentioned before they appear to have never been worn.
