NOTICE: I sell for a hobby - I am honest and straight-forward.
Most items are from our parent’s estates (home and business) and our personal
items.
We inspect and test thoroughly to provide an accurate, conservative
description. Feedback on items we get frequently states ‘much better than
described’.
We will provide you with good service while
Offering choice items at a good price for the buyer.
However, I am not a business!
We want to please our customers.
If you expect a response like a 24-7 business or are an over-demanding buyer,
please do not buy from us.
We do NOT provide technical support (please contact the manufacturer for that).
There is no such thing as ‘FREE SHIPPING’ !
Someone pays for it: either as a separate shipping charge or included in the
price of the item.
Sorry that Shipping (that is now Ridiculously expensive) has gone up again
across all carriers
Also Note: The shipping price we charge is for fully insured Shipping !
Insurance has now become the shipping companies $$ maker, but needed with the
way they sometimes treat your purchase andis included in the shipping price.
We will refund any shipping $$ not needed once the label and fees are paid for.
Be aware that some items are also listed locally (mainly large items) on
Craigs List and we will cancel the listing is they sell thru that ‘sales
channel’.
NOTE: An Option for ‘Local Pickup Only’ items:
Once paid, I can take your item to the FedEx or UPS Store for you and YOU will
pay that store toPACK and SHIP it to you. This way they cannot deny any
insurance claim if they damage them in transit.
VERY LARGE items – happy to coordinate with YOUR shipping company for pickup.
What you see and what is described is what you will receive.
If this item requires ANY skill or expertise or product knowledge, please be
sure YOU have that skill set or that YOU will contact someone who does. We wish
we were all knowledgeable, but are not aHELP desk.
Please feel free to submit any questions and we are happy to answer the best
we can. We may take longer than 24 hours to respond. Sorry if some of my pics
are not pro-level as it does not seem to matter what camera we use, it
sometimes happens.
Happy to combine shipments where possible without harming the products and
will refund the savings back to you
Shipping price is for lower 48 States only and may not apply to a PO Box or
APO.
If we save you $ by shipping FedEx or UPS over USPS we will (usually applies
to large items)
FYI – the store KEEPS 8% of the shipping cost you pay in addition to 16% the
item’s sale price!
I usually pack on the weekends and Monday when I am most likely in-town.
IF you have a special need, then email me your request and we will do our best
to accommodate it.
Destination NOTE:
If FedEx or UPS or USPS think you live outside their main routes or MAJOR
metro areas or in a smaller market, I will need to pass on to you theextra $
they charge to deliver it there.
Many larger and electronic items ship in a new, strong dedicated box that
costs $5.70 each – this is included in the shipping price.
All electronics are from smoke-free environments (unless noted). This is
important as electronics that are not usually emit an odor when they warm up.
If there is no visible serial # on the item, permanent inconspicuous marks
will be placed on the item and recorded with pictures. This prevents returns of
a different defective item and saying that this one was "BAD". Thanks for
understanding as not everybody is as honest as you are.
Local pickup in Dallas area ENCOURAGED and available on most items.
International buyers MUST use the the store Global Shipping Program – or
whatever their latest version is called. If this program is not available for
your country, it does not ship internationally to that country – NO exceptions.
