Vintage Roadrunner Country Western Bolo Tie Faux Turquoise

Approximate measurements:
Bolo length: Wearable length top where it rests on neck to bottom tips is 17
1/2” long.
Slide pendant: 2” long by 1 1/2” wide.

Bolo tie is in fair vintage preowned condition. There IS some wear consistent
with age, preowned use and storage. Please refer to pictures. It may be able to
be conditioned with leather conditioner to bring back some if the wear spots or
you can replace the bolo tie part.
Due to the nature of vintage bolo ties they will need to be straightened as
they will retain some curl (curl memory) from storage.
To straighten the leather or suede cord, move the slide to the very end of the
cords and let the tie hang for a day or two. You can add low heat to help with
the process as well as tying small form of weight to the bottoms to hold the
cords straight and tight. For cloth cords use the same method as above but for
cloth you can lightly mist the cloth portion with water before applying weights
or heat. Be sure to protect bolo slide and tips from contact with water.
