DESCRIPTION: For the real air gun connoisseur, this listing is for a vintage
F.B. RECORD JUMBO made in West Germany. Rare especially boxed, it is noted for
being the smallest pellet gun utilizing a spring-piston and one of the earliest
action pellet pistols. A .175 caliber single loader, the pistol is truly
overbuilt, made entirely of metal with fitted oak grips. The rear sights are
adjustable for windage. It features over lever cocking, done by pivoting the
upper receiver forward. At 300 fps, it was not intended to be a powerhouse, but
more of a plinker or trainer. Excellent condition overall with modest wear and
still fires pellets with no problem. Comes in the original box with paperwork
and cleaning brush (the round tin is an empty German RWS can). The box has a
price tag tear, but is complete with all panels and Styrofoam and still looks
good. This is a collectible air gun and not recommended as a daily shooter to
preserver the seals. A great piece of airgun history, I'm sure you will love
