Why can't my HDMI 2 or HDMI 1 port work?
1) You need to download and install the Silicon Motion driver to make HDMI 2
work. Easy to install with the installation guide video of the product page.
2) You need to ensure the USB C port of your laptop supports video output,
then HDMI 1 can work.
How can I set the display mode, display order, and display rotation angle?

check the "User Manual" to know how to set for macOS and Windows.
Why can't HDMI 1 port reach 4K@60Hz when connecting to an external display?
1) Please check whether your laptop, display devices and HDMI cable supports
4K@60Hz and ensure your laptop supports DP 1.4.
2) Please ensure to update the driver to the latest version.
Does it support dual monitors 144Hz?
No, HDMI 1 port support 4K@60Hz, 2K@144Hz, 1080P@240Hz, HDMI 2 port 4K@30Hz,
2K@60Hz,1080P@120Hz. So only supports one monitor to reach 144Hz.
Does the docking station come with a power adapter?
No, it doesn't come with a power adapter. You can use your original power
