- FREE SHIPPING: Shrimps are packed with insulation and shipped FREE via USPS- Shipping is on Monday/Tuesday/Saturday only to the continental USA. We ship within the week of order date. - Shrimp can remain alive in package safely for up to 1 week in transit.
- DOA POLICY: Shrimps can temporarily lose their color during transit, and should resolve within a few days. DOA’s rarely happen. In the event of a DOA CLEAR photo of the unopened bag within 1 hour after package is received in the first attempt, a refund will be issued for the deceased shrimp. Please note the +2 or +3 is a bonus and to cover any DOA. Please only message us DOA if greater than 2 or 3 arrive DOA. Eggs are not guaranteed during shipment.
