that there can be delays that are out of our control and sometimes delivery may
not be next day.
SERVICE: Our main carrier is UPS but we also use Parcelforce and Royal
Mail.All shipments are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number

COMBINING POSTAGE: We are happy to combine postage for both domestic and
international buyers so all additional items are shipped free of charge, you
will only pay one shipping cost no matter how many items you buy.

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the delivery
process. If ordered before 1pm the order will be sent out the same day. We put
policies in place to attempt to guarantee the efficient and quick delivery of
orders. Delivery times are stated on the delivery rates page, however such
stated times are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is
due to third party factors that may cause delays. For customers whose
destination country is not listed please contact us for a quote and resolution.
5.0 Designermen Returns Policy
Designermens?s store returns policy is in place to protect both you as
the consumer and your rights, and our reputation as a customer-focussed
business. If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you purchase from
the store, you are may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. This is all
providing that the goods are returned in original resalable condition with all
tags. Upon us receiving the returned goods you will be entitled to receive an
exchange or a full refund including original postage within 5 working days
after the day of receipt . Should the returned item(s) appear to have been
worn, washed or are not in original condition we will not be able to offer a
refund or exchange and the order will be returned to you at your cost. This
does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged
in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable,
insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in

Why are your prices so cheap?
At Designer Men, our mission is to bring value to designer fashion. At
Designer Men we get both new-season and past-season stock, and we ensure that
the business model runs extra lean, with minimal overheads so that we can pass
the savings onto you!, authorised distributors and chain stores clear out stock
to make way for new season stock arriving. We take advantage of this by
purchasing stock at really good prices and passing the savings onto you as the
customer!
We work tirelessly to bring our customers the latest fashion at discounted
prices, working closely with our partners quickly and efficiently to bring a
continuous stream of quality products.
How can I contact Designer Man?
The primary contact method we use at Designer Men is email, We aim to reply to
emails as quickly as possible (usually within 1 working say max. So please
contact seller on and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Why can?t I choose the size that I want?
If the size you want is not showing on the product page you are looking at,
this indicates that the item in that particular size is unfortunately out of
stock. With the manner in which we operate we are unlikely to receive the same
stock in again and all the items are sold on a first come first served type
basis.
When will you be getting more stock in of the item I want?
All the stock that is on the Designer Men store is what we currently have
on sale. We are unlikely to receive the same stock again once it is sold out.
This is due to customer needs for ever changing stock in order to keep up to
date with fashion trends.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order after it is placed, although as we process orders in
an efficient manner you must be quick! Please email us and if the order has not
been sent out we will be able to cancel the order.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
You select the product you want, add it to your basket and use the
checkout, once you have made payment through PayPal your order will be complete.
DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
If you are in the UK delivery is next day for all orders placed before 1pm, we
delivery Monday to Friday on working days only, some Royal Mail deliveries may
arrive Saturday but we usually delivery will be Monday to Friday. Problems can
arise with delivery companies so sometimes there may be a delay out of our
control.
Delivery times to countries outside the UK are available on the listings, our
deliveries are quick as we use fast reliable shipping options.
Can I track my order?
We send all items with tracking, whether it is to mainland UK order or
International. We will send your tracking number and where to track
automatically upon the item being sent out from us, if you have not received
your tracking number after 1 working day of the order being placed then please
do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please see listings to view all of the countries that
we ship to and their postal charges.
I missed my delivery, what can I do now?
Generally, the courier will leave a calling card and your item will either: be
available to be collected from your local UPS access point or Royal Mail
office, has been left in a safe place, has been left with a neighbour, will be
re-delivered the following day or at a customer defined date.
In all circumstances, the calling card will give advice on the whereabouts of
the order. If you have missed delivery and no card was left, please contact us.
ORDER ISSUES
I was sent the wrong item?
Sometimes errors can happen, and if we have mistakenly sent out the wrong item
to you, please contact us and we can either have the item collected or you may
post the item back to us and we will issue the postage costs to you. We will
also have the correct item sent back out to you free of postage charge.
Why have I only received some of my order?
In rare cases, some items that may have been ordered may become unavailable
and subsequently not sent with an order. If this has happened, you will be
contacted via email and advised upon a relevant exchange or refund. If you have
not received an e-mail from Designer Man it may have accidentally gone into the
junk folder or there may have been another issue, in which case please contact
us.
My item has not arrived!
If your item has not arrived, please don?t panic! For UK customers, please
wait a week, just in case there are any uncontrollable delays (EU customers 14
days; Rest of World 28 days).
If your order still hasn?t arrived, please proceed to contact us and we can
then follow up with the courier, should the item have gone missing whilst in
transport we may ask for you to sign a disclaimer so that we can reclaim the
order value and refund or re-send your order. We aim to do this quickly and
efficiently; and will strive to resolve the matter without hesitation.
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply request a return on within 30 days of purchase;
once we?ve received it we will accept your return requestand confirm the
address for the item to be sent back. Please then send the item back to us,
with tracking and adequate insurance; we recommend using a recorded delivery
method with added insurance if needed to cover the value of the item(s). If
there are any issues in returning the item back to us, please do not hesitate
to contact us and we will look to assist you in returning your item(s).
If you request a refund then the amount paid will go to the original payment
method. If requesting an exchange, please advise which size you require or
which item and size you would like to exchange too. We can only accept
exchanges for items of the same value or less; if less, we will automatically
refund the difference. If you would like to exchange for item(s) that are
higher in value then you should request a refund for the returned items and
place a new order for the replacement items through the store. If the
exchange item is, or becomes out of stock then you will automatically be
refunded and contacted.
When do I have to return an item by?
we allow you to have 30 days from receiving the order to return an item. If,
by any means, there is an issue in doing this then please contact us as we may
understand extenuating circumstances.
How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
Upon receiving your returned item(s) the refund process takes up to 5 working
days. For an exchange, please allow roughly the same amount of time to receive.
You will receive an email confirming the return to us; although please be aware
that with some banks the refund process may take up to 7-10 working days.
Who pays for my return postage?
Designer men currently does not have a free returns service, we run on very
tight margins to allow the pricing structure we incorporate to work. The
simplest way to return an item is to take the parcel to a post office and
request a tracked delivery service; please also ensure that there is sufficient
compensation should the unlikely event of the parcel going missing happen. A
courier may be used if it is a more viable way to return the item; again please
ensure it is a tracked service and there is sufficient compensation in place.
Do you charge postage on items I wish to exchange?
All exchange postage is free for customers exchanging an item. Should the item
be faulty, if it is our error we will refund the total cost to yourself upon
receiving the item back at Designer Men. We will have a replacement item sent
out quickly and efficiently if this is what you would like.
What if my return item gets lost on the way to you?
Designer Men cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost in the
post; this is why we advise to ensure that sufficient compensation is in place
upon sending back to us. In the unlikely event of that the item does get lost
in the post you must contact the courier or post office and file a claim with
them for a lost parcel.
