This Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea is made using Wuyi Rock tea leaves handpicked from
each individual plant. It has a strong rock charm that distinguishes it from
other teas. The tea leaf shape is tight and strong with a dark green color. The
brewed tea sheds saffron yellow with a strong fragrance. Tt tastes mellow,
sweet and refreshing. After several brews, it still tastes rich, sweet and
smooth.
Brewing Instructions: Preheat the tea ware with boiled water. Place 10 grams
of tea in the teapot then infuse approximately 200ml of 95C+ boiled water. Make
sure to pour out the boiled water immediately to awaken the tea. Steep 15
seconds for the first brew, 8 seconds for the second, and 20 seconds for the
third. You can adjust the steep time according to personal preference as well.
The tea can be enjoyed up to 7 brews.
