is brass (gold) in color, not chrome or nickel and does NOT match gold plated
hardware. Switch tip fits standard US Spec blade style pickup switches (.188" x
05") from Fender, Oak Grigsby, and CRL. Over time and use the brass will
darken and form a rich patina giving your guitar a cool vintage vibe. Comes
with 6-32 set screw to hold the tip securely in place know matter how hard you
ROCK! The stock plastic tips tend to fall off after prolonged use. .06" allen
