Each guitar is individually handcrafted. There is a 30-35 working day build
period for the custom guitar
When items are stored in the United States, we will use UPS or Fedex to
arrive at their destination in 1-2 weeks. For international transportation, we
send them via EMS or UPS and it will take about 2-5 weeks to arrive.(All have
tracking numbers)
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. For rare incidents of
abnormal situations that occur in our products or transportation, we will be
happy to cooperate with you to find a fair solution.
