Notes / Details:
High quality item. Barely used. Velcro strap is slightly offset to allow
the flip phone antennae to peak through.
Please do not ask me if this fits your flip phone, use the pictures for
approximate dimensions and use your better judgement.
NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON! YOU BUY AS IS! I'm simply a guy getting rid of
personal stuff, I am not a commercial vendor or a store therefore I do not want
any comebacks!
GRADING CONDITIONS;
NEW / MINT - The item is in perfect, like new condition.
NEAR MINT - Almost perfect, any imperfections will be extremely minor and
should work as new.
NEW OLD STOCK - Any imperfections will be very minor but may show some signs
of shelving.Should work as new but there's no guarantees since the item sat for
an extended period of time in storage.
EXCELLENT - The item will have had very careful use, with only small
imperfections and is fully functional.
GOOD - The item will have had more use, showing some imperfections, but is
fully functional.
AVERAGE or FAIR - The item will have obvious signs of wear, but is not broken
but should still be functional (no guarantee implied).
BAD or POOR - The item will be in a shape requiring servicing but should be in
a salvageable condition (no guarantee implied).
REPAIR - The item will need repairs to function properly and is sold "as is"
without guarantee of such repairs being possible.
SPARE - The item is meant to be used temporarily or kept as a spare and should
still be functional (no guarantee implied).
UNTESTED - Despite its underlying grading, the item was not tested for its
intended functionality (such as coming from salvage) and, although the chance
is negligible, it might not work: you therefore buy at own risk!

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Immediate payment in full is required through the store's and/or PayPal
checkout system - as are all "Buy it Now" items.
Shipping is only to the confirmed address provided to me by the store. No
drop ship! It is not allowed by the store rules.
Typically, all orders ship out in a business day or two but may take up to
5 business days under rare circumstances.
If you have your order shipped to a foreign export service, freight
forwarder or any third-party re-shipper, you bear the entire responsibility of
non-delivery, loss or damage to the item(s). In this instance, please make your
claim with the third-party service as I shall NOT be responsible for this.
Most shipments are normally mailed through Canada Post and up to $100 CAD
approx $70 USD) of value is automatically insured (if applicable). If your
winning bid or purchase price is in excess of $100 CAD (approx $70 USD) please
contact me if you want to purchase extra coverage (ask for invoice). It is
however your responsibility to verify if the shipping service chosen includes
insurance. If it doesn't and you wish to purchase the insurance then please
contact me and ask for invoice at checkout.
WARNING: If you fail to pick up the package at a drop off point past the
max time limit, or you refuse to take delivery of the package, or you provided
a wrong address making delivery impossible - in all instances you will be
responsible for the total loss of your purchase price and shipping fees.
Attention international bidders: you are responsible for any VAT, import
fees, brokerage fees, or any extra fees or tax that the shipping company or
that your country's authorities may try to collect from you upon delivery.
Attention buyers: I know that you are used to getting free or very cheap
shipping rates (especially within the USA). However; I am not a commercial
vendor, I'm just a guy cleaning out his garage of leftover parts from my
various projects and I have to spend time and gas to go to the post office.
This even doesn't take into account the time I have spent making inventory,
packing the boxes and creating the listings. Please be aware that the shipping
fee shown in my listings has a premium added to it to truly reflect the end
cost to me. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THEN DO NOT PURCHASE!
