Provide clear photos of the DOA plant(s) in their original, unopened
shipping packaging.
Ensure the photos include the DOA plant(s) and the shipping label.
3. Refunds and Replacements:
After reviewing your claim, I will offer either a refund or a replacement,
depending on the situation.
Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by the buyer.
4. Conditions:
DOA claims are valid only for items shipped via my recommended shipping
method.
I am not responsible for DOAs caused by shipping delays, mishandling by the
carrier, or adverse weather conditions.
