I.D. If you are buying multiple items to save on COMBINED SHIPPING, items must
be checked out at the same time, with ONE payment.

How do I return my order?
We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with
your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear and
intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). Item(s)
must be returned in original condition within 30 days with original
tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke we will
not process a return. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear
bottoms are non-returnable. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the
merchandise less all shipping costs.
You can initiate all qualifying returns through your the store order. If you

When will I receive a refund?
When we receive your package we will process the return within 2 business
days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs.
All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.
Can I return an item outside of 30 days?--We do not accept returns over 30
days of delivery date. Refer to the store’s return policy to see if the item is
eligible for return.
