contact us to arrange payment. You may also continue purchasing additional
items from our auctions or the store store. You have7 days from the end of the
first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your
auctions have ended prior to checking out.

We DO NOT allow wire or bank transfers.
SALES TAX For shipments to North Carolina addresses, we are required by State
law to collect 8% Sales Tax.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING INFO -WE SHIP FAST!!! Most orders ship same day as payment received
or within 24 business hours! We ship Monday-Friday until 4pm eastern! We do NOT
ship on Saturday or Sunday.
COMBINED SHIPPING
Yes, we DO combine shipping to save you $$$$ on multiple purchases! $3
additional shipping per item for US customers & $5 additional shipping per item
for international customers. You have 7 days from your first purchase to
combine multiple items. Shipping rates will automatically be combined at

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
International Customers should allow a MINIMUM of 10 BUSINESS days for
delivery of items sent via standard Priority Mail or FCM Mail Intl.. Sometimes
Customs can slow down or delay this time frame, (unfortunately this is out of
our control, please contact your local customs office for delay inquiries). If
you item has not arrived within 30 days of shipment date, please contact us so
we can initiate an Intl. package inquiry. Intl. customers should also note that
you could potentially face duty, tax or VAT from your local government. these
fees are NOT included in the total price & will be the responsibility of you,
the importer. Please check with your local government or customs department for
applicable information.
TRACKING
All customers will receive a tracking number after shipment. Tracking info
will be sent to the email address you have on file with . Please make sure
you have the correct email address on file & that you have all email blockers &
spam filters disabled to allow incoming mail from us.
RETURN POLICY Greater Golf Express INTERNET Return Policy: We will work to
resolve any problems regarding your purchases. If we have incorrectly listed
the item or sent you the wrong item we will take responsibility for correcting
the problem (discrepancies in condition/ratings of used clubs will handled on a
case by case basis and might not apply) Possible resolutions include partial
refunds, replacement of item, etc. If you don't want the item after it has been
received and we have correctly listed and advertised the item received you can
contact us to inquire about returning the item. In this scenario you will be
required to pay the return shipping. Upon receiving the returning item you will
be refunded your purchase price/winning bid LESS 15% restocking fee. Original
shipping will not be refunded. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving
the item and the item must be returned in the same condition. Order
Cancellation Prior to Shipment We understand that sometimes, due to certain
circumstances, you may wish to cancel an order after it has been paid for. If
you wish to cancel please email us as soon as possible because we ship fast. If
your order has already been pulled by our shipping department, then we will
issue you a refund less a 5% restocking fee off the purchase price (original
shipping is refundable). However, if your order has already shipped, then our
