Shipping :: WE SHIP *EVERYTHING* IN POLYMAILERS! Please keep this in mind! {
only exception is Funko Pops} Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of
completion of payment. Items are picked up by our postal carrier on MONDAYS!
What this means is that our cut off for shipping items is SATURDAY at 4PM**
If you purchase an item AFTER Saturday at 4PM it will not ship until a WEEK
from Monday. Due to my rural location, I only get a pick-up once a week. If you
need anything rushed or have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
Feedback :: We strive for positive feedback on each sale. If there is ever
anything we can do to make your experience better, please give us every
opportunity to do so. Hours of Operation :: We are currently working from 9AM -
4PM (MST) Monday - Saturday. We are available to answer questions during that
time only. All questions will be answered in the order in which they are
received between the hours of 9AM - 4PM (MST) Monday - Saturday. Additional
Photos :: You are more than welcome to message us and ask about condition,
additional photos, etc.We can typically provide extra photos on Sundays when we
go to our climate controlled unit.
Funko Shipping :: All FUNKO POPS are now being shipped in a box regardless of
price. They are shipped in a box with a padding of some kind (be it tissue
paper, newspaper or bags). All box condition of the funkos are considered used.
We take pictures of each side of the pop and zoom in on any imperfections that
we see. Our level of observation may be different than yours as well as the
camera may not pick up every detail of damage on the funko box. We do our best.
If you have any issues with anything regarding your funkos box, We are always
available for message, we want to make it right. I will state if you are
looking for perfectly mint boxes, These guys have been in storage. So keep that
in mind.
