We do not offer free shipping but our prices with shipping are generally very
competitive. If you see free shipping it is because you’re not logged into your
the store account or there was an the store error. Please check shipping quotes
at time of purchase as the quoted shipping is correct. You will see this when
you go to pay for the item. Most buyers know they need to be logged in but been
having many ask why it’s not free when they go to pay. It’s because you were
not logged in when you looked at the item but when you pay you must log in...

If you are buying a used item it may have scratches scuffs. Please review all
12 photos to see condition. Photos of used items are of actual product you will
receive. We do our best to note any issues we see but we are human so take a
look at Pics. We take 12 pics from all angles for your review.
It is very sad that I have to even mention this but if you are buying
something that takes a bulb and you see it works in my photos that means the
bulb worked when I listed it. I am not responsible for the longevity of a light
bulb. If one burns out plan on replacing it yourself... on that note... use the
same mindset for batteries. Don’t plan on batteries lasting the life of a
product if I say it comes with batteries. Sad I have to even mention this and
not trying to be difficult but I have lost a lot of hair because of buyers
arguing about 10 cent bulbs and life of batteries.. if your a seller you get
it!! :)
For you scammers out there our store policy for opening claims: we will 100%
of the time have claims returned to us. If you open a claim just to get a
product for free it will not work with our store. We do not allow buyers to
keep products if they claim damaged. We will pay to have it returned and never
allow buyer to keep product. Been on the store a long time and have seen too
many scammers. Now with that said we will 100% work with all our buyers to make
your purchase / potential return process as smooth as possible. Just want
everyone to know if something happens in shipping or we miss something in a
listing you are 100% covered we just will not allow buyer to keep products for
free when scammers can just claim damaged and keep products. Just not fair
YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION directly for the carrier

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I only ship through global shipping. When tracking is uploaded it will show as
delivered at Kentucky. That is the global shipping hub. From here global
shipping is in charge of the package. May take days for it to actually be
delivered to your address. Please ask questions prior to purchase as the
tracking through the store does not show delivery to your address only the
global shipping hub. If for some reason a delivery was damaged ( rarely
happens) please call the store they cover shipping damage since I use the
global shipping.

providing but will try to work with our buyers
