Since its launch in 2008, Spigen has earned recognition from producers in the

Behind the Scenes
All Spigen products are manufactured with premium materials in a continuous
venture to produce quality products that are slim, sleek, and simple. As a top
priority, we have all units designed and developed in California.
Why "Spigen"
The word "Spigen" is a combination of two words: "spiegel", which means
mirror, and "gen", which means genes. This is a direct representation of the
company's efforts in focusing on and reflecting the customers' needs in hopes
to become a life partner that exemplifies the consumers' lifestyles.
Payment
We only accept payments through PayPal.
An order begins processing once payment has cleared.
CANCEL / EXCHANGE
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us if you
HAVE NOT received a shipping confirmation.
If the order has not processed yet, the order will be cancelled, and you
may place a new order.
If the item has been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel the order.
You can return the order, and a refund will be issued once the item has been
returned.
We do not offer exchanges. All exchange requests will be handled as
returns. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
You may place a new order at your earliest convenience.

Spigen adheres to the terms and conditions of the United States Postal Service.
Free Shipping
Method: USPS First-Class Mail
Weight: Less than 13 ounces
Handling time is usually around 1-2 business days. (May be longer)
Most orders are delivered within the stated shipping time at the time of
purchase
Tracking is available for domestic shipments
Some items may have an extended handling time due to pre-orders, back orders,
etc.
Please check the shipping/delivery date on the listing before purchase.
International Shipping
Method: USPS First-Class Mail International (delivery time varies depending
on country)
Standard (NO TRACKING) - delivered in usually 2-4 weeks
Expedited (FULL/PARTIAL TRACKING) - delivered in usually 1-2 weeks
Certain countries may take longer depending on regulations and customs such
as Israel, Argentina, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia
The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or
taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees.
Combined Shipping
In order to apply the combined shipping discount, please place the items into
your the store cart and go through the checkout process. The shipping discount
will be applied automatically.
Return
Only items purchased directly from our Spigen the store store will be eligible
for return request. Please contact us to request a return and provide your
purchasing information that had been sent at the time of purchase.

Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned products should be in the original packaging with no missing
contents.
Returned products that are not in original packaging or are missing
contents are subject to minimum $5 restocking fee.
The refund process may take up to 1 ~ 2 weeks after item has been received.
Spigen Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for
returning packages.
All Sale and Promotional items will not be eligible for Returns, Exchanges,
and/or Warranties.

Strict 20% restocking fee.
Returns Procedure: Please follow instructions given through the store or
follow instructions above.
Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items
within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will
convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Warranty
Spigen offers the following warranty valid for items that are considered
defected. Spigen products purchased from distributors or resellers are not
covered by the warranty. Only products sold specifically by the Official Spigen
the store online store are covered by these warranties. Proof of purchase is
required to qualify for the warranty.
2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for Spigen cases
100-Day Spigen General Defect Warranty (includes backpacks, chargers,
cables, body shields, glass products, style ring/pop, other accessories)
Limited Lifetime Warranty for all for all Spigen film screen protectors.
Glass excluded.)
All warranty is only valid for items that are considered defected. Defects are
defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Any of Spigen Outlet Products (Excluded)
Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
Product was used for unintended purposes
Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Spigen
Third party purchases are not covered under Spigen warranties
Excluding the express warranty provided, Spigen Inc., in no event shall be
liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising
from the use of any Spigen product, including, but without limitation, device
damage, data loss, or personal injury.
All terms and conditions for any and all warranties are subject to change
under the sole discretion of Spigen Inc.
To submit a warranty:
Please contact us to request a warranty, and provide us with the following
information:
Date of purchase
Photos of the issue (a bird\rquote s eye photo, and a close up of the
problem)
A photo of the back of the box packaging
Once the information has been received, we will verify your eligibility for
our warranty program.
DISCLAIMER: If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be
confiscated and turned over to Spigen's legal department for further actions.
These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Spigen
Inc.
