global standards for instruments, that have been set over many decades.
Note: Remember we make these guitars by hand. And we don't just make one.
Things like wood grain, texture, and color, may differ slightly than the one
pictured.
We do many custom builds so please contact us today with those ideas on that

offer you WHOLESALE pricing, with extreme consistency in product.
Delivery Time
Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped within 3 business
working days.Our Products do ship from China via EMS and will generally take 15
to 25 days to arrive at address in: The United States,Canada,Australia, and
Europe. However it may take up to 60 days to ship to countries that do not use
EMS.The speed also base on Custom Clearance Speed, which we can't control.So if
you want this for your gig next weekend it probably wont make it on time, so
please keep that in mind when ordering. We package very carefully but can
highly recommend shipping your new baby in a protective soft or hard case.
Return Policy
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged or defective item
and we can start the exchange/return/refund process. If there is a delay in
handling time we will let you know. Please make sure your shipping address is
current and updated. Note:
Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging. Do
not remove any parts or write on the instrument - Please Re-pack item exactly
as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed. Kindly avoid using
Duct Tape - Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track
their packages.Such as: FedEX-UPS-USPS.
