Shipping Policies
Orders are processed either on the same business day or the next business day.
During holidays or inclement weather conditions please expect delays for
shipments.
Please note that we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order
has been placed. Therefore, we kindly
request that you verify the accuracy of your address prior to finalizing your

Return Policies
We accept returns within a 30-day window from the date of receipt.
To initiate a return, it is necessary to get a Return Authorization Number
RA#) through the the store return process.
Items eligible for return must be in unworn condition and should be sent back
in their original packaging and box.
We kindly request that you use a shipping bag or box for the return, and
refrain from affixing the return label
directly to the item's original box.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow a processing time of 2-4
business days for your refund to be issued.
Be advised that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
Please be aware that we hold no responsibility for any international
importation charges, including but not limited to
taxes, duties, and other fees imposed by your country. Such charges are solely
the buyer's responsibility.
Additionally, we are not accountable for packages detained by customs.
It's important to note that while the carrier may provide an estimated
delivery window of 6-10 days to customs,
certain countries may require up to 30 calendar days for successful delivery.
