Payment:
I only accept payments through the store. Payment is expected within 4 days of
auction end date unless otherwise arranged (i.e. planning to combine shipping).
Non-payment or late payments will result in negative feedback for the bidder /
buyer. Shipping: The item will be shipped within three business days after
receipt of payment. I DO ship to APO’s. International bidders, contact me
before you bid. I ship to most places overseas, but NOT communist countries or
know/suspected enemies of the United States. ALL US shipping will get DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION (so both you and I know where your item is during the delivery
process). International bidders are resposible for their customs
fees/duties/taxes. It is up to you to know your countries fees on US shipping.
Shipping Insurance: I always combine shipping were feasible, and commonly offer
FLAT RATE options for BIG $$$ savings for you. I do not gouge on shipping. All
shipping costs whether flat rate or calculated will be paid by the bidder /
buyer. I am not responsible or liable if the shipping carrier loses or damages
the item. Shipping insurance is offered and recommended. Items will be well
packaged in US POSTAL approved boxes or padded envelopes. If I must file an
insurance claim, you will be refunded for the value of the item less shipping
fees. Restrictions: Must be at least 18 years of age to bid. There are certain
surplus items that can/will only be shipped to US shipping destinations. The
auction listing will be CLEARLY state this when applicable. I will not make
exceptions. Feedback: I will leave you feedback after you leave feedback for
me. This way I know you got your item and are satisfied. Returns and Warranty:
All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The listed
item is sold as-is with no warranty implied or given. If you have any questions
about my products before bidding or buying, please email me at least 8 hours
prior to the close of auction so that I may have time to respond accordingly.
For items damaged in shipping, please refer to the “Shipping Insurance” section
above. Indemnification: The buyer acknowledges that they will use the product
at their own risk. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller
of the product purchased. The seller makes no warranty or claim as to the
functionality, capacity, compatibility or durability of the item up for sale.
Pictured Item: I do my best to inspect and note any deficiencies in the listing
description. I do not consider misfitted clothing/equipment as a criteria for
return. PLEASE ask questions BEFORE you bid. I will be glad to take additional
measurements/photos of my items and get back with you.... If I make a major
error in the listing, you will be entitled to a full refund minus shipping upon
return of the item. Agreement: The winning bidder / buyer agrees to pay for the
item at the winning price, plus the shipping amount listed. The winning bidder
buyer agrees to abide by all terms set forth above. If they disagree with any
terms, they should not bid on or buy the item. By placing a bid or buying an
item, the bidder / buyer is explicitly acknowledging that they agree to all
