These are raw unprocessed paddy rice. Meaning they come straight from the
field into packaging. Also known as Low Grade.
These ungraded paddy rice are perfect for feeding wild birds, your pet birds
such as pigeons, ducks, chickens, parakeets etc. It gives it as a treat for the
birds and they love it! Do you know why there are thousands of birds that come
to settle in the California Valley Rice fields? Because there are thousands of
pounds of rice that the machinery missed while harvesting. These birds love to
come for the left over rice.
Since these paddy rice comes right from the field, it may contain dust, rice
straw debris, other debris, or some dirty rice, or broken rice.
Need to plant your own rice for ornamental looks? Do not worry. These are
unprocessed grains, therefore they are fertile and will grow into new plants
when you sow these seeds.
