PAYMENT.
We accept all approved the store payment methods.
We will only ship to the store Confirmed Addresses.
For shipments to Florida addresses, we are required by State law to collect
7% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING .
All item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of your verified payment on
weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends and holidays. Standard transit time
of 2-6 business days.
Most orders placed and paid in full by 11:00am EST are shipped the same
weekday.
Free shipping is only for standard US orders unless otherwise noted.
International Shipping will be completed through the store's Global Ship
Program (to those countries that participant).
No Local Pick Up
A 'Tracking Number' or 'Delivery Confirmation Number' will be emailed to you
once your item has shipped.
Standard shipping method will be USPS - Item will usually arrive within the
estimated time-frame. However, please note that there are certain circumstances
that are out of our control (i.e. weather conditions, delays by US postal
service, etc.)
RETURNS POLICY .
We offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date. Buyer is responsible
for the return shipping fees.
Buyer must inspect item immediately upon receipt and report any discrepancy
to seller within 24 hours of the delivery date. DOA/defective items will be
replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make
a replacement or credit depending on our inventory.
Please start the return through the the store RMA system. RMA=Return
Merchandise Authorization.
A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to ALL returns (except for verified
defects) and buyer is responsible for all return shipping (freight/postage)
charges, including insurance and packaging costs.
Shipping/Handling & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition as when
received, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards,
etc. Please exercise care in preparing the return package so that damage is not
incurred in transit. Allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive the item to
process your return.
All items from our Clearance section are not eligible for return or refund.
