Shipping:
We offer free ground shipping on almost all of our listings via USPS Ground
Advantage or UPS/FedEx Ground. We also offer expedited shipping options for an
additional cost, and you can select from these options during checkout.
If you would like us to ship your order via an expedited service with collect
billing to your account, please add your account number, billing zip code for
your account, and instructions in the ?message to seller? section during
checkout.
For large or heavy items, we offer LTL Freight shipping for a fixed cost that
is shown in the listing.
Returns:
Our domestic return policy is a 30-day money back guarantee, with free return
shipping. Past 30 days it will be a case-by-case basis, please message us if
you want to return an item and it is past the 30-day period.
International returns are handled by the store as a part of their
International Shipping program.
We allow returns on freight items as well, however generally the buyer will
have to pay the return shipping cost.
