pays shipping cost listed (free shipping listings are for within the U.S. only).
Per Ebay policy, 1 business day handling (this does not include Fridays,
Weekends, Holidays, etc.) Items purchased Friday May be shipped same day or the
following Monday. Wedo not ship on weekends.
Shipping outside of the U.S. (International Shipments) is a higher fixed
shipping rate. Email us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote to your

We DO NOT change addresses! The address you have listed with Ebay and or
PayPal is the only address we will ship to. Please check it before purchasing.
All items shipped are guaranteed to be the item as described in listing. If we
misrepresent the item or an incorrect item is received, customer has3 days to
contact us to correct items shipped. Item must be received in same package and
in same condition as shipped. We will reship the correct item at our cost and
cover your shipping back to us. If a refund is due for return shipping charges
we will only process it once the item is received as stated.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of ANY: un-factory sealed items (i.e. any unsealed
products; most shampoo, gels, hairsprays, lotions, body mists, etc.). This also
protects you as a buyer, knowing you will not receive open or tampered with

At OUR discretion/acceptance all other returns will be as above and as follows
below. We will not acceptANY return without you contacting us prior to shipping.
Customer returns item in same packaging and in same condition as shipped
