SHIPPING
We accept payment only through PayPal (Verified/Confirmed Address only). If
you have an unconfirmed address with PayPal you will need to provide confirmed
address to PayPal. In some cases we will allow local pickup. Please send an
e-mail though E-Bay for inquiry. We do charge $4 and reserve the right to
charge more for larger orders. Shipping charges are not refundable under any
circumstances. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit
times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary
with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.Please
allow 2-4 business days after payment is cleared for your order to be shipped.
Most order ship within 24 hours. You are responsible for return shipping.
Unless otherwise stated above, you may return a part for a refund within 3 days
of receiving it.Items generally ship within 6 business days after payment
clears. We ship FedEx Ground only. Due to the odd dimensions of certain items,
FedEx may charge more for shipping oversize items and calculate that into
shipping weight as a "dimensional weight." Paid for items will be shipped as
specified within the order and will not be able to be modified or combined
after payments have been made.We DO NOT offer Pick-up Service, All orders must
be shipped.
RETURN POLICY
We do NOT offer partial refunds. If you are not pleased with your purchase,
contact customer service by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery of
your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the original purchase
price, less a restocking fee if applicable. Returns will not be accepted
without prior authorization you must obtain a return authorization number from
our customer service department prior to sending the item back. Please note
that we do not refund shipping and handling charges. Request for return must be
reported within 7 days of receipt, and the returned merchandise should be
postmarked within 14 days of the original shipment. A restocking fee may be
charged if your product is not returned in its original condition or is missing
packing material, manuals, accessories or parts. Please, read the following
very carefully before you make any purchase All of our parts are pulled from
working units and Tested Working carefully by Certified Technicians, unless
they are listed As Is or Non Working. Before purchasing any part, please, make
sure it is compatible or matches your old part and you are confident that by
replacing this part will fix the issue. Please, do not buy if you are just
guessing or not sure. Also, most of laptops, Mac and LCD's replacement require
lot of experience. If you bought the wrong item, we will be happy to take it
back but you must send it back to us within 3 days and the item must be in the
same/original condition, must match the serial number on the invoice and our
warranty sticker must have not been tempered with. There could be many possible
reasons for your system/device to not work properly even after replacing a
part. It is hard for us to identify the exact reason(s) unless we have the
whole system/device here for an inspection by our technician. Please, make sure
you agree with and understand the above statements before placing your order.
Warranty Policy: Verify model compatibility prior to bidding. If the product
received is not as advertised, a replacement will be issued. We are not
responsible for item incompatibility. Buyer should read all descriptions
carefully. Return/Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with product. It can
be returned within 14 days. When the product is returned, we will verify serial
number, do our inspection and refund money (excluding shipping handling).
