We design genuine handmade Gold and 925 Sterling Silver jewelry to add sparkle
to your everyday moments and special occasions. Whether you're surprising a
loved one with a birthday gift or indulging yourself, we offer everything from
sparkling diamond bracelets to dainty wedding bands, beautiful earrings, and
dainty pendant necklaces, all in 14k gold and 925 silver. We have a range of
options, from jewelry that costs $30 to pieces of jewelry that cost over $1000.
Some jewelry is inlaid with natural diamonds and some contain natural diamonds.
Our pieces can be worn for weddings and engagements or gifted for birthdays and
holidays. There is something for every budget and every occasion here at Black
Crystal Jewels.
Payment. PayPal (All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal). Payments
are captured and processed through PayPal. We will ship your item 1-3 days
after cleared payment.
Shipping Policy. Order will be shipped within 1-3 business days excluding
weekends and national holidays.
Solid gold items and rings are made to order and may take up to 10 business
days to be prepared for shipment. We use the most economically convenient
shipping available and use USPS, FedEx, DHL or E-Packet shipping.
We manage multiple warehouses in USA, UK and HK, we might ship orders from any
of those locations based on inventory, public holidays etc. Once the order has
shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Return Policy. Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone
by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or
exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Intimate items such as nose ring or studs (for health/hygiene reasons)
Custom products such as name necklaces re not available for returns or
refunds unless they arrived broken or damaged To complete your return, we
require a receipt or proof of purchase and broken or damaged picture.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if
applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts
for reasons not due to our error
We do not offer refunds or returns for jewelry items that were ordered
incorrectly such as a name necklace that was misspelled by the customer.
SALES ITEMS (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded,
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they were damaged upon
arrival.
EXCHANGES (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or

RETURN SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you
receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product
to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
FAQ. Q: How can I know my ring size? A: It's simple. Google "find my ring
size" and you will have it in no time.
Q: Can I order a custom piece? A: We're not able to accommodate custom design
at the moment but we encourage you to join our newsletter - we launch new
products weekly so you'll definitely find something you love!
Custom Sizing: The sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we're
able to offer at this time.
Q: If I haven't received my order or my order arrives damaged what should I do?
A: This rarely happens, but if it does, send back your damaged product to us
along with your refund or exchange request on etsy message. Once we receive the
damaged product, we will either give you a refund or just exchange your
product, you decide. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and if
there are any quality issues with a product, please contact us before leaving a
negative review and we will solve it ASAP!
Q: How do I take care of my jewelry? A: GOLD FILLED / STERLING SILVER: A
little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it
in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain color for
gold filled and silver pieces. Remove your jewelry when applying scents,
lotions and sprays.
14K GOLD: TLC is always needed, even for 14K - to keep their beauty and patina
as long as possible, scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. Make
sure to rinse away any excess residue! You can also buff your 14K pieces gently
using a jewelry cleaning cloth or the pouch sent with each purchase.
MILESTONE COLLECTION (Engagement rings and Wedding bands): Precious metals and
diamonds require care and attention to extend their lifetime. Although made for
Q: How is refund processed? A: Upon receiving your returned item at our
warehouse, it will take up to 8-13 business days for the returns team to
process and send you a return confirmation email.
Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a
notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see
the fund on your bank account!
Q: Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees? A: DUTIES AND TAXES:
United States and Canada: Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out
according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments: There may be duties and taxes incurred on your
shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Black Crystal does
not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs
will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your
