All items come from a smoke free house and are in new condition. If the item
is used than it is described as used, otherwise they are all new. The items
description is included with the item listed. If there are any major defects,
then they are listed within the item auction.
PayPal and credit cards only. Payment is due within 3 days from end of
auction. Negative feedback and an the store non-paying strike are left for
non-paying buyers. All sales are final. There are no returns unless for an
appropriate reason. We follow the Ebay Buyers Protection program. I am an
honest Ebay seller and do not appreciate dishonest buyers or those who make up
excuses for refunds. No refunds for buyers remorse or for dishonest buyers. If
there is a valid reason for a return, the return shipping must be paid by the
buyer. This is per the Ebay Buyers Protection program guidelines.
Shipping guidelines within the USA: Shipping is with USPS and delivery
confirmation is included. The shipping description for each item lists if it is
Priority, Media, First Class, or Parcel Post. If the rate is listed as Media
Mail, Parcel Post, or First Class, then that is what it will ship with. Don’t
email and ask to change the shipping. It’s already weighed and ready to ship.
Remember that Parcel Post is slower and does take a few days to get from one
location to another. Priority Mail is from the USPS and their policy is 2-3
days guaranteed. If it’s late than blame USPS. Please don’t complain if the
post office is taking longer than usual. I did my part to put it in the mail.
It’s their part to get it to you. I include delivery confirmation for all my
items and you can monitor the progress online with the confirmation number.
Please read the official policy on confirmed (verified) addresses and
protection with shipping with a delivery confirmation. I prefer to ship to
confirmed (verified) addresses. If your address is incorrect or unconfirmed,
than I am not responsible for problems because of it. I ship items from my
work. Most items ship out the next day as the post office closes at 5:30 pm and
I do not leave my office until 6:00 pm. If I am out of the office a particular
day then I may not be able to ship until the next day. I am usually not in my
office on Fridays. I do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. If you pay for an
item on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the item will most likely not
ship until Monday. Don’t email the day after you pay and ask where the item is.
I ship in a timely fashion as soon as I can.
International Shipping: If the item indicates that it uses the Ebay Global
Shipping Program for International shipping, then Ebay will charge their fees
for international shipping. They charge two shipping fees. They first charge
for me to ship it to them in Kentucky (USA), then they ship it from there to
your country. This makes the cost a little higher for you. Do not ask for a
lower international shipping, as their rates cannot be changed through the
Global Shipping Program. If you want to know how much it costs to ship, enter
your country destination on the shipping portion of the auction and this will
tell you the cost. Their rates are determined by , not me. If you do not
want to pay high international shipping, then please don’t bid on the item. Ask
all international shipping questions before the auction ends and get a quote
before placing a bid.
There is no combined shipping for international buyers. Items cannot be
combined if shipped outside of the USA.
Please note: not all items are available for international shipping. If the
auction indicates that no international shipping is available, then don’t bid
on it if you live outside the USA.
Important: Please email if you have any questions about the items before the
end of the auction. DO NOT send an email after the end of the auction and ask
for any changes. For example, if you win an auction, do not send an email after
the auction ends, and ask for shipping to be reduced or for changes to the
item. As per Ebay policy, the shipping is listed in the auction and when you
win the auction, you agree to the arranged shipping quote.All questions should
be asked before you bid and before the auction ends. I will not make any
unnecessary changes after the end of an auction simply because you want
something changed. This would be unfair practice that is not supported by Ebay.
