ABOUT A CALABASH GOURD - The Calabash (pumpkin) Gourd is a completely natural
fruit . Each Gourd has a unique shape varying a bit one from the other. Made
from the fruit of 'Legenaria' it's the traditional and original way in which
Mate is taken. SIZE - Mate gourd capacity is 4 oz I 100 ml approximately, no
two are the same. Some are bigger, some are smaller . Bombilla straw is 6 inch
I 15.5 cm long.
CURING PROCESS IS REQUIRED - The Gourd arrives with the interior of the dry
fruit peeling requesting each customer to cure the fruit before any use to seal
the pores, avoid bitterness and cracks. The packaging includes an Instruction
clear steps on how to cure, prepare and maintain this authentic set!
