Refunds will be returned to you once we have received the return or exchanged

Domestic (Singapore) shipments will mostly be shipped out using SingPost
Tracked Letterbox for Standard Delivery. SELF-PICKUP IS NOT ALLOWED. Please
contact us for further information.
International shipments will be shipped out from Singapore using SingPost's
ePAC (ePacket/Global Mail) service (Registered Mail for countries without ePAC).
PLEASE NOTE THAT: SingPost ePAC does not require a signature upon delivery.
It can be delivered to your mailbox, doorstep, parcel locker, PO box or any
place safe. SingPost Registered Mail may require a signature upon delivery.
However, for certain destinations, they may leave it outside your doorstep to
ensure a successful 1st delivery attempt if the recipient is not present at
home. It is still RECOMMENDED to have yourself or someone at home to receive
the parcel.
