If your item arrives and is not working properly, please reach out to us so we
can assist you in getting your item working. We understand that electronics can
sometimes be complicated to set up and get working, so we are here to assist
you if you have any questions or issues, just use the "contact seller" button
on your order page. If we are unable to resolve your issue we will provide you
a prepaid return shipping label. All items, including brand new/sealed items,
must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a full refund.
All serial numbers are documented and recorded in order to prevent/fight fraud.
Items that are returned damaged and/or not in their original condition will be
subject to a refund minus a deduction.

us prior to filing a return and we will work with to sort the issue out. If you
aren't completely satisfied, please select the reason "doesn't fit" while
opening the return, and you'll receive a free return shipping label. Please
