Condition: Item appears brand new, no signs of use. Just listing as "new with
defects" because there's a few very minimal cosmetic blemishes on the outer
shell as shown in photos 4 and 5. Nothing that affects use in any way. Minimal
but wanting to note so that I have happy buyers. The wheels look free of use,
all handles tested and working well, and TSA locks are still set to "000" like
new ones are. Photos are of the exact one shipping. It will ship in the Level8
box. The box has some blemishing but overall in good durable condition. I'll
add some colored the store tape to the outer box for extra durability.
