About Us
We are No. 3 Retailers, LLC, a boutique retail arbitrage business with strong
sustainability ethics. We specialize in providing immediate relief to small
regional distributors overburdened with inventory with no means to move it
through mainstream distribution channels. As a result, our customers will pay
less for the same product through our store than through the top 2 online
retail streams - Amazon and Walmart. We join the list at No. 3.
On Pricing
We believe that the lower we can keep our prices, the more good we can do -
for our partners and our customers. Our typical return on an item is between
3-$5, just enough to cover our costs. Moving through inventory quickly allows
us to keep our footprint small.
As part of our commitment to transparency and ethical corporate governance, we
will publish these numbers beginning in 2025.
On Returns
If we've made a mistake, we'll own it and get you a full refund. However, to
keep costs low for everyone, we haven't factored returns for other reasons into
our pricing model. If you cannot benefit from an item you've purchased, kindly
consider donating it to your favorite local non-profit.
On Packaging
Part of our sustainability mission is to utilize original manufacturer's
external packaging wherever possible - however, due to certain shipping
regulations from our delivery partners or for the discretion of the end
customer, we may repackage certain items while maintaining the integrity of the
internal packaging and the product itself.
