We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is
shipped out in order to make sure it`s in good condition. If you have a
problem, or are not happy with our guitar, please let us know immediately when
you received it. We will try our best to meet you satisfaction.
Shipping Info.:
We take pride in packing our guitars well, and shipping them quickly. Please
note, We only ship to confirmed the store addresses. Your the store address
MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
Usually parcel will be shipped out via China post(EMS), because it will take
you much less, and it usually take about 1-5 weeks to delivery, but
occasionally it can take longer. we will provide you with the tracking number
so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it`s website.
About Customs:
Our pricing does not include customs duties. International shipments usually
require additional "Customs Fees" or "Import Taxes". These fees will vary,
depending on the country, and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you want
more information on what these fees entail, please contact your local customs
office for this information.
Return Policy:
We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is different with
the description, please use the original packaging box, and please return it
within 3 days after you received it, and keep it in good condition! After we
receive the item, we`ll give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t return
the shipping cost.. Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it!
