Hard WHITE wheat berries. Since we began selling direct to consumer in 2021
we've had a number of requests for Hard White Wheat. So, in fall of 2022 we
planted some, and now it's ready! These berries work great in the same
applications as our Hard Red Wheat, but lack the tannins that cause the red
color. The flavor of these berries is mellow and smooth. They're the new
favorite in our household. Available in various sizes. Start out with just a 5
lb. bag, or buy a 15 lb. bag, a 30 lb. bundle (2x15 lb. bags), or go big and
get 48 lbs! Protein content 13.4%.
Our family has been farming wheat in the foothills of Eastern Oregon for over
70 years, and now we're passing some of the goodness on to you! We plant, grow,
harvest, clean, and pack this wheat ourselves. No outside service or middleman.
My wife makes bread from these wheat berries several times a week, and a loaf
she made won Judges choice at the county fair.
Sproutable! They will germinate and grow for making sprouted dough, or
wheatgrass for your juicer. Our Hard White Wheat has a high protein content and
is good for traditional yeast breads. Protein content of our hard white wheat
is 13.4%. We grow our wheat without the use of desiccants. Like all wheat grown

Whole wheat berries/seeds are a raw agricultural product. While numerous
