service or middleman. My wife uses these wheat berries whole or to make flour
and we use them in our recipes all the time. Sproutable! They will germinate
and grow for making sprouted dough, or wheatgrass for your juicer. Hard Red
Winter Wheat has a moderately high protein content is good for traditional
yeast breads. Protein content of our wheat is 11.8%. We grow our wheat without
