It is produced by cutting first quality, thick-striped (VEINED) spruce and fir
trees, then baking them and drying them in a natural environment for 1 year. It
is made of 2 pieces of wood leaning against each other to achieve the best
sound resonance.

After the carving process, a total of 8 layers of sandpaper, from coarse
sandpaper to fine sandpaper, are slowly sanded to give the tree a smooth and
even trunk. Then, combustion carbonization technique is applied. After the tree
cools at 22 degrees for 1 day, it is sanded again in 8 layers gradually, from
coarse sandpaper to fine sandpaper, and then painted with antibacterial wood
colorant paint using the aging technique. It is left to dry for 24 hours and
finally, matte polyurethane anti-scratch topcoat varnish or glossy polyurethane
anti-scratch topcoat varnish is applied on it, according to the customer's
request. After this application, the wood acquires a very special and
eye-catching surface structure.
