Grindal worms are my top choice for feeding fish, they are very easy to
culture and even the pickiest fish accept them with great appetite. For
cultivation you need only a plastic box with tight-fitting lid and fine
grounded coconut fiber as a bedding for the worms to live and reproduce. Worms
can be fed with variety of things, I personally feed them mainly with oatmeal
flakes with stable results. Every now and then I add some dead leaves or potato
peels to the culture.
