We recommend replacing the HEPA Filter every 6 months to a year, but this can
vary greatly depending on the environment and hours of use on the filter.
Carbon Pre-filters should be replaced every 2 to 3 months to be effective in
the adsorption process, but will continue to function as a basic pre-filter for
much longer.

with the shipping company.
Buyer may return the item within 30 days after receipt of the item. Buyer
ships it back to us at his/her own expense. We will issue the refund within 1
week less 15% restocking fee. Item must be unused and with all original
packaging and/or tags it came with.
