Flexfit has been a trusted name in headwear for nearly 20 years. Using
patented technology, a specialized spandex material is weaved throughout the
sweatband and crown of the hat for genuine Flexfit comfort. This mid profile
cap is made with six pieces of fabric bringing back the look of the 1950s
pro-ball caps.
Our Blank Flexfit Hat Cotton Twill Cap features solid buckram lining in the
crown, common to most structured caps. This hat is also manufactured with eight
rows of stitching for more sturdy and well-performing headgear. Strong,
soil-resistant fabric keeps your Flexfit twill cap looking new, while the
patented Permacurv PE Visor preserves the natural arch of the hat. The high
crown gives you the option of wearing the hat as low as you want, offering
protection from the glare of the sun.
