The Highest Winning Bidder / Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and handling.

Charges are conscientiously kept at a reasonable rate and is based on total
weight of item plus packaging, and on the store's "Final Value Fee on
Shipping." If shipping is listed as "Free", the cost of shipping/materials is

I, hoferdj, select and choose the shipping method, but will negotiate. I
usually ship ground through USPS--the post office--or UPS. If you prefer, you
can arrange to pick up your item for free. I do ship internationally; shipping
rates are based on the final destination of the country.
Package Redelivery
If an item(s) has been returned to me due to incorrect addresses (addresses
are provided by the store) or attempted deliveries without acceptance (you
weren't home and didn't make arrangements with the shipping company and/or were
too lazy to make arrangements), you will be given the choice of either having
your money refunded based on your final highest winning bid/buy it now price,
minus the cost of shipping and handling, or you can send additional money to
re-cover the shipping and handling, and another attempt for mailing will be
made. (In other words, it is your responsibility to make sure that you really
want the item so that I can get it to you at the correct address, etc.)

Your item will be mailed to the address that you have provided the store; it is
YOUR responsibility to ensure that your address is up-to-date/current/correct

mailed to the address provided to me by the store, or you have forgotten to
change your address, or you need your package redirected to another address,
you are able to have your package redirected to another address from the Post
Office's website. I, the seller, am not responsible for the use of this service
provided by the Post Office, nor am I responsible for any fees/costs associated

Lost/Stolen Delivery
Nearly 100% of the items that I mail include a Delivery Confirmation
Number/Tracking Number from the Post Office. You will automatically receive
notifications from the store and/or the Post Office with your Delivery
Confirmation Number/Tracking Number after the shipping label has been printed.
You are able to view the whereabouts of your package with this unique number.
If, after your item has been mailed out and delivered, you feel as though your
item has been lost/stolen, you MUST submit a claim with your local Post Office.

Taxes
Based on applicable tax laws, the store will calculate, collect, and remit
sales tax on behalf of sellers for items shipped to customers in certain

Returns
Any item that you are not completely happy with for whatever reason, with
exclusions as listed below, just return it to me and I will refund your winning
bid/buy it now price, minus shipping and handling. Items that are returned that
were originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will not get a full refund as
postage still had to be purchased to send the item to you. (For example, if an
item sold for $9.95 with "free shipping", and you return the item, you will get
back $9.95 MINUS the return fees outlined below MINUS the actual cost of
shipping = $?.??) Items can only be returned within the allowed time frame as
specified in the listing/auction. Items need to be unopened and unused, and
returned within the predetermined timeframe as outlined elsewhere in this
listing. The buyer is responsible for all return postage, unless the shipping
box/envelope in which the item has been shipped has not been opened; in this
scenario, simply write, "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and return to
the Post Office (only applies to items mailed with the Post Office).
A delivery confirmation number and/or tracking number MUST be included with
ANY return. This number must be communicated through the store's messaging

The following fees will be assessed for ANY/ALL returns:
Items listed as "new" that have been returned opened and/or show signs of
use will be assessed a 100% restocking fee. (You WILL NOT receive a refund.)
Items listed as "new" that have been returned new, unopened, and unused will
be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Items listed as "used" that have been returned with signs of use other than
described above will be assessed a 12% restocking fee.
Items listed as "as is" or for "parts" are not returnable or refundable.
Sealed fragrances (i.e. colognes and perfumes), Ink, Coupons/Coupon Codes,
Light Blubs, Sealed Trading Cards, CDs, DVDs, Software, and other
materialCANNOT be returned; there will be a 100% restocking fee for any
returned material: youWILL NOT get a refund of your money. (Due to the nature

If an item's serial number is listed and/or provided, and that exact unit is

I am not a the store wholesaler or store. I am an individual selling my
