This is an El Portal waist money belt. It features double pockets and an
adjustable belt that fits up to a 45" waist. The pouch is a rip-stop nylon with
a soft-brushed backing, tan colored, with an adjustable belt. Made in China. It
is in the original box, but it doesn't seal. It is possible this has been used
before, but I can't really tell. Nice for the traveler.
