You must contact us by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number prior to returning an item to the manufacturer or to us. This RMA number
must be clearly marked on the label attached to the shipping box. Packages
without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper. Warranty
items returned with no fault found will be sent back to the customer at the
customer’s cost, otherwise, a replacement will be sent.

If you purchased by mistake and would like to return an item for a refund, a
10% restocking fee will apply for uninstalled parts and 30% for parts that have
been installed that are tested functional. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
WARRANTY ---- -- -- ----
Motors, motor controllers and battery chargers are covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty. You can contact us for warranty issues and we will
provide information on the return of your product to the manufacturer. All the
rest of the products we sell are warranteed free of most defects for a period
of 1 year from our customer’s date of purchase unless otherwise specified in
the listing. EV Drives will not be liable for any cost of service calls,
installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially and/or any other
damages resulting from the installation of these parts.
