Friday andEXCLUDES the days of Saturday and Sunday.
A Business Day EXCLUDES any Federal (United States) Recognized Holidays
Examples: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc.)
For example, an item purchased on Friday may take up until the following
Wednesday to ship out.
We strive to answer all inquiries, however inquiries regarding "Why hasn't
___ shipped?" that are not labeled as Overdue (meaning items that haveexceeded
the "within three business days"expectation set on each order) will not be
prioritized.
We do not offer Priority/Next-Day/Urgent/etc. Shipping. All orders ship
within three business days in the order that they were paid for.
Tracking Number(s) will be updated in the store once items have shipped.

We offer combined shipping on Auction Items upon request prior to payment.

Pickups: Orders may be picked up from our retail storefront "The Grid"
located at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208.Please use the store
messaging or call the storeat least 24 hours in advance to confirm an
appointment.
Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be
assisted or service being denied at the pickup location depending on staffing
availability and the size of your order.
Pickups can be scheduled between Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. If you
need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours, we are open to making
arrangements to do so.
Pickups must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to visiting the pickup
