We normally keep all our the store store inventory in stock. However, due to
backorders from many of our vendors and parts shortages, some items that we
have listed may not be in stock or could have a long lead time although they
show as available on our store. If you purchase something and there may be a
long lead time or it may not be available, we will notify you right away. We
are a small family owned business trying to keep up with the largest global
parts shortage we have seen in our 38 years of business. We are never
attempting to deceive by saying we have an item in stock. Sometimes our vendors
just don't have all the parts available to build something that we normally
drop ship and unfortunately we cannot keep up with all of our vendors inventory
at all times. If you are needing something right away, we encourage you to
message us to check availability. We can also expedite stock items if needed.

We pride ourselves on our fast shipping. All stocked orders will be packaged
and shipped within 24 hours of payment Monday through Friday. We are closed on
the weekends and major holidays. All in stock orders placed by 3 P.M. PST will
be shipped the same day. We provide expedited shipping if requested and we also
have fast response times if you have any other questions. Some of our listings
drop ship directly from the manufacturer or 3rd party warehouses. Available
quantities shown on the store are our best estimate of current stock but are
not updated daily with other warehouses inventory. If an item is back ordered
after order placement, we will contact you immediately.
Return
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective item
there is no fee to exchange.

Pacific Air Compressors is located in Oregon and we do not charge sales tax on
any items purchased on our the store store. If you are charged sales tax,
