My holsters are made using Boltaron thermo plastic in 0.08 thickness (far superior than kydex or holstex). The RCS belt clip I install, arguably one of the best on the market, is injection molded with an adjustable cant and ride height to achieve your desired tilt angle for a smooth draw.
