Club Car Power Drive 3 Model #26560 & #26580 Relay Board Assembly Repair Kit
This listing includes replacement parts to help owners of the Club Car PD3
charger to repair the Relay Board Assembly (#103428701).
There is soldering involved in this repair (and a soldering iron is needed)
but, can be accomplished by anyone with average soldering skills.
Repair Kit Contents of Kit: 1 ea. - Relay (higher quality relay than
originally installed on the board, TYCO Potter & Brumfield) 1 ea. - Resistor (
color banded component soldered to circuit board) 1 ea. - Voltage Suppressor (
black, cylindrical componentsoldered to circuit board) 1 ea. - 4" strand of
desoldering wick (absorbs solder from existing components, to aid removal from
circuit board)
This kit is one of the less expensive methods of eliminating common problems
with these chargers, the repair can be accomplished with common tools by most
anyone AND, I will offer my help with troubleshooting to ANYONE who needs it.
