15-26 days though please allow for possible delays from your postal/customs

for any reason, not be satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to
arrange a full refund. Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
only. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in shipping Hell Guitars
will either send another item (if identical stock is available) or refund the

received less return feedback by doing so. Therefore we ask our dear customers
to please leave feedback after the goods have been received and we will respond
