Cassia cinnamon is the most common cinnamon found in the market. It is less
expensive than the Ceylon cinnamon. It has high content of coumarin, and it is
lack of essential oils. Repeated intake of cinnamon with a high coumarin
content can be toxic to your liver and kidneys.
Ceylon Cinnamon taste is more gentle and slightly sweeter than Cassia
cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon has 250 times less coumarin than Cassia cinnamon. You
